If you’re looking for somewhere you can learn quickly, make a meaningful impact, and grow your career, you’re in the right place.
Why work at BSR?
Make sure you've had a read through of our 'How to Apply' page before you submit your application, and that you've added your cover letter into the Personal Summary section.
BSR is committed to encouraging inclusion, equity and diversity in our workforce. We are actively trying to increase the diversity of our staff team. We try to reduce as many barriers as we can for those with a disability, which you can find out more about here. We welcome approaches from individuals from underrepresented groups, including those from minoritised communities, and those with a disability, to better reflect the community we serve and help broaden our perspectives.

Flexible and hybrid working at BSR
This could look like a 4.5-day week, however, you can also tailor your working hours to suit your individual needs and responsibilities. Our contracts are office based, which means we don’t pay for travel to and from our office.
If you’re looking for a role where you work in a busy office Monday- Friday, we might not be the best environment for you to thrive in. We’re happy to chat more about this if you have questions, you can email us on hr@rheumatology.org.uk.
