Flexible and hybrid working at BSR
Nearly all of our roles are hybrid. At BSR, this means that we all come into the office once a month for all-staff activities, and then at team level we make decisions about how often it is productive to come into the office. Our office is for activities focussed on collaboration and communication. Our teams work to our hybrid working principles, where each team works out how they use time spent in various locations to meet their objectives. Our focus on digital wellbeing and productivity supports our aim to be a workplace where everyone thrives. Our fulltime working week is 31.5 hours, spread over 5 days. We offer a lot of flexibility around this, so you’re not tied to a 9am-5pm day.
This could look like a 4.5-day week, however, you can also tailor your working hours to suit your individual needs and responsibilities. Our contracts are office based, which means we don’t pay for travel to and from our office.

All of this means that our hybrid workplace has a real buzz on the all-staff in-person days, and then there are also quieter days where only a few people or teams might have chosen to work from the office.
